DESCRIPTION
USAGE:
java -jar LocalSTAR3D.jar [PDB1 ID] [Chain1 ID] [PDB2 ID] [Chain2 ID]
- -c : E-stack distance cutoff
- -d : Dangling end
- -e : Gap extension penalty
- -f : Fix stacks
- -g : Gap open penalty
- -i : Mismatch score
- -l : Clique finding timeout
- -m : Match score
- -n : Number of alignments
- -o : Output alignment file
- -r : RMSD cutoff
- -s : Minimum stack size
- -t : Number of threads
- -h : Help information
Preprocess (Linux): java -cp LocalSTAR3D.jar Preprocess [PDB ID] [chain ID]
